Appointments start between 8 am and 7 pm, seven days a week. Today's date is fine — we'll confirm what's possible.

By phone or text: the wall, the hardware, building rules and a COI if your management office asks for one.
Installed and cleaned up
Level, secure, tested where it applies — and the work area left clean.

Every NYC wall gets checked first
Prewar plaster, brick, steel studs and poured-concrete high-rises each need a different drill bit, anchor and approach. That check — not speed — is what keeps a TV, a mirror or a curtain track on the wall for years.

What does ArtFixPro do?
ArtFixPro installs and sets up the things that make an apartment livable: TV mounting (including Samsung The Frame and TVs above fireplaces), picture, mirror and shelf hanging, curtain rods, tracks and blinds, furniture assembly, window AC installation, mounting into concrete, and full-service moving with move-in-ready setup for homes and businesses.
How do I see the price before I book?
Each service page lists its rates: TV mounting plans from $120, wall hanging at $100 per hour with a $100 minimum, curtain rods and tracks from $80, furniture assembly per item, window AC from $120 per unit, and moving plans by apartment size. The booking forms show an estimate before you send the request; anything outside the listed scope is confirmed with you first.
Which areas do you serve?
Manhattan is our home base, and we also work in Brooklyn and Queens — add your ZIP code when you book and we confirm availability. Full-service moving and business relocation cover New York City, New Jersey and destinations within approximately 100 miles of Manhattan.
Can you send a certificate of insurance to my building?
Yes. ArtFixPro carries $5 million in liability coverage and workers' compensation, and can send a certificate of insurance (COI) to your building on request. Share the management office's requirements when you book so the paperwork is ready before the appointment.
Can I book for today?
Same-day appointments are often possible, at no extra charge. Choose today's date in the booking form and we will confirm a time with you by phone or text — it depends on the day's schedule, your location and the job.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Our installation work comes with a 90-day warranty: if something is wrong with what we installed within 90 days, we come back and fix it at no additional charge.
Do I need to supply the TV mount, curtain rods or furniture?
Yes, for standard installation you provide the item and its hardware or mount — the TV bracket, the rod or blinds, the flat-pack furniture. We bring the tools and the wall anchors suited to your wall. If you are not sure what to buy, describe the wall in the booking notes and we will advise before the visit.
