When we finish
Furniture is placed by room, department or workstation. Selected displays, shelves, art, TVs and window treatments are installed. Packing materials are removed, the space is reviewed with you and the next workday has a clear starting point.

What We Can Coordinate
One commercial relocation can combine moving, assembly and finishing work. The exact scope is confirmed during the walkthrough and written into the quote.

For planning conversations, we use three approximate categories. They help us ask the right questions; they do not limit the projects we can review.
- Small business space: up to approximately 5,000 sq. ft. and up to about 25 workstations.
- Mid-size commercial space: approximately 5,000–20,000 sq. ft. and about 25–100 workstations.
- Large or phased relocation: 20,000+ sq. ft., multi-floor projects, multiple departments or moves staged across several dates.
We serve New York City, New Jersey and destinations within approximately 100 miles of Manhattan. Longer-distance commercial relocations may be arranged after a project review.

What types of businesses do you relocate?
ArtFixPro handles commercial relocations for offices, retail stores, studios, clinics, restaurants and other business spaces. The scope is confirmed during a walkthrough, especially when the project includes heavy, specialized or regulated equipment.
What is included in a commercial move?
Depending on the approved scope, we can plan the move, create an inventory, pack and label items, protect and transport furniture and business contents, disassemble and reassemble furniture, place items by room or department, complete selected installations, remove packing materials and perform a final walkthrough.
Can you move a business after hours or on weekends?
Yes. We schedule commercial moves during evenings, weekends or other non-working hours when the building, crew and project scope allow it. The move window is confirmed in writing before the project begins.
Can you provide a COI for the building?
Yes. ArtFixPro can provide a Certificate of Insurance for commercial projects. Building requirements, access rules, freight elevators and loading procedures should be shared before the final schedule is confirmed.
Do you move computers and IT equipment?
We can physically move computers, monitors, printers and other approved business equipment as part of the relocation scope. We do not design networks, install cabling, configure servers or provide IT system setup. Your IT provider should plan shutdown, reconnection and testing.
Do you offer space planning and design?
Yes. The Office Move + Workspace Setup plan can include space planning and a 3D office or workspace layout. The premium Designer-Led Turnkey Business Space plan can also include approved furniture and accessory purchasing, delivery coordination and final styling.
Can you store our furniture or business contents?
Yes. Storage can be added when move-in dates do not align, a business is downsizing, or a project needs a phased transition. Storage duration, inventory and redelivery are included in the written project scope.
Do you remove boxes and unwanted items?
Yes. Packing material removal is included when selected in the scope. We can also review furniture removal, donation or disposal needs before the move so the old space is left clean and ready for the next step.
How are commercial moving prices calculated?
Commercial relocation pricing depends on square footage, inventory, distance, crew size, access, elevator and loading requirements, packing, storage, schedule, installations and the level of setup requested. We provide a detailed quote after reviewing the project.
What are the business-size categories?
For planning, we use Small Business Space for projects up to approximately 5,000 square feet, Mid-Size Commercial Space for approximately 5,000 to 20,000 square feet, and Large or Phased Relocation for projects above 20,000 square feet or multi-floor moves. These are planning categories, not service limits.
Can you relocate a restaurant or retail store?
Yes, we can review retail, restaurant, studio and other commercial relocations. Furniture, displays, shelving, fixtures and approved non-specialized equipment can be included. Specialized kitchen, industrial, medical or unusually heavy equipment may require a dedicated specialist and will be reviewed separately.
Are commercial moves insured?
ArtFixPro is fully insured up to $5M. Installation work is backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty. Project-specific insurance documents and scope limitations are reviewed before work begins.
